Using Kovura

We give you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use Kovura on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal use, under these terms and Apple's Media Services Terms. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.

Health and safety

Kovura is not medical advice and is not a medical device. Its scores and suggestions are estimates that can be wrong. Read the full Disclaimer at kovura.app/disclaimer. Talk to a qualified professional before you start or change a training program. You train at your own discretion and your own responsibility.

Free and Premium

Kovura is free to use. Kovura Premium is an optional auto renewing subscription that unlocks extra features such as 30 and 90 day trends, recovery for every muscle, and injury-risk warnings. The price is shown in the app before you buy (currently $4.99 per month or $34.99 per year in the United States, and it may differ by region). The annual plan may include a free trial, shown before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically every month or year, depending on your plan, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• We may change prices or features with notice, and changes to price apply from your next renewal period.

Your data

Your training data stays on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy at kovura.app/privacy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.

Our rights

Kovura, its design, code, and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you ownership of them. Data you enter remains yours.

No warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OPERATION.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss of data, or loss of profit that comes from using or being unable to use Kovura. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Kovura in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using Kovura at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) will survive.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Kovura, and is not responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will tell you in the app or update the date above. Continuing to use Kovura after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
